如題，看了一個大樓預售屋，它有分2區，共用同一出入門廳及公設，管理費皆同，
一區是1層4戶共用2部電梯，另一區是1層2戶共用1部電梯(這兩區總樓層數相同)，
請問若不考慮其他因素，單就這種規畫而言，您會選擇哪一區呢?
