標題[抱怨] 反推 田季發爺-通化店(台北)

消費時間：2013/09 基於本板田季發爺-通化店的相關資訊實在太少了，上來提供一點意見。 不推薦通化店的原因: 1.服務態度不好(1F): 店員打翻飲料在客人身上卻沒有處理或遞衛生紙，連地板也不擦。 客氣地向店員反應一直有菜沒上，店員回應的口氣很差，臉也很臭。 客人向店員索取衛生紙卻收到"我們店裡衛生紙用完了"的驚人回應(雖然後來店員有 補上)。 2.用餐環境不清爽、廁所髒亂: 服務員隨手將裝有食物殘渣的髒碗盤擱置在吧檯、廁所出現蝦頭殼、廁所垃圾桶爆滿 出來地上都是用髒的衛生紙 就連寫著"貼心提供衛生護墊"的盒子裡也全是髒亂的垃圾、 醬料罐上有陳年污垢。 3.食材、醬料、冰淇淋缺漏不補: 食材沒了卻不傳達給客人 直接每次點每次都不上、醬料缺漏不齊、冰淇淋完全沒了。 廁所衛生紙、擦手巾、洗手乳也全缺漏。 個人想法: 這次田季發爺-通化店的用餐經驗感受不到店員對人的基本尊重， 除此之外環境衛生、出餐順序也漏洞百出。 實在不推薦! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.171.188.144
