吸毒累犯已有勒戒記錄,現在又再犯,為何可輕意交保??

一位朋友的太太,吸毒已10年以上,被勒戒有5次以上....前年結婚時,先生全然不知其往事..最近女生生產完,未滿月,繼續吸毒(海洛英),,但在產後28天被抓,,,如此累犯,為何檢察官可以輕意讓其交保???如此危及了小BABY.也讓其家庭雞犬不寧!

交保並不是代表無罪
只是因為法院沒有羈押他的理由
所以就沒有羈押
以後法院傳喚他
他仍然必須出庭接受審訊
若是判決有罪
仍然必須入獄服刑
