我得小孩12歲今年國一在一個月前他的前女友(12歲)因為跟好朋友告知他們在公園ㄉ廁所有做一親密的動作導致女生下體流血(是用手指觸碰)過程中女生是主動脫去自己下半身的而我的小孩是脫他的上半身在放學後女生跟他的好朋友講ㄌ這一個問題而被女生家長聽到導致女生ㄉ媽媽帶小朋友去警察局備案媽媽要提告請問

1.我的孩子未滿14歲會被判很重的刑責嗎?
2. 2個孩子詢問ㄉ結果都是自願的而女生媽媽一心想要提告這樣告的成ㄇ??會坐牢ㄇ??

3.這個最重會被判什麼??以後出社會工作會有紀錄ㄇ??
