馬總統臉書談二二八 謝長廷留言質疑

總統馬英九昨天在臉書談到二二八事件，前行政院長謝長廷留言質疑總統使用的是「補償」，而非「賠償」，政府道歉意義何在？

昨天是二二八事件67週年紀念日，馬總統在臉書上提到前往花蓮參加中樞紀念儀式，先前往南方30公里外的鳳林鎮，到醫師張七郎的墓前致哀與致歉。

謝長廷今天在馬總統臉書留言質疑，「你用『補償』而非『賠償』，我們讀法律，知道補償政府沒錯，如徵收土地、拆除違違，賠償是政府有錯。」

謝長廷指出，「法律都已經改過來，你身為總統卻不改心態，那代表政府道歉意義何在？」
