綠為杯葛總質詢 藍冷嗆：別食髓知味

立法院審查「兩岸服貿協議」，國民黨團在委員會發動突襲，將服貿審查逕送二讀，在野黨上午佔據立法院主席台，不讓行政院長江宜樺上台報告。

立院朝野昨天為了服貿協議上全武行，國民黨堅持服貿協議已經送院會存查，民進黨痛批國民黨違法亂紀，因此在今天發出甲動，要杯葛總質詢。

一早八點20分左右，民進黨立委葉宜津、陳節如、吳宜臻就進入議場先佔據主席台，隨後在野立委也陸續進場，並且主席台上高「國民黨，撕毀協商會議無效」，「背叛人民、出賣人民張慶忠」等口號。

相較於綠營的抗議動作，國民黨立院黨團今天則是冷處理，並沒有發出甲動。國民黨中央策會執行長林鴻池說，民進黨霸占主席台，是影響其他委員質詢的權利，國民黨幹嘛理他們，民進黨不要食髓知味。
