標題[討論] 除了金融 傳產現在好像都沒有儲備幹部了?

最近開始想轉職打開履歷邊找才發現好像一些傳統產業比如紡織製鞋等傳統產業 好像都不再提供海外的儲備幹部職缺。取而代之是很直接的說要業務或生管 而小魯以前有試著投過海外職缺，差不多2~3年前吧。傳產的海外那時候幾乎都沒什麼人 在投。當時感覺還滿好上的，結果澳洲打工一年回來發現現在在104上每個往海外跑得都 很熱門。幾乎每個都最少也有5個人以上在投。 到底我這一年中台灣職場發生了什麼事啊? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.165.55.105
