全國最高　檢舉黑心食品獎金最高三千萬

高雄市政府今日市政會議通過「檢舉重大違反食品安全衛生案件獎勵辦法」，檢舉食品添加不法添加物、攙偽、製程使用逾期食品、竄改有效期限，經主管機關查證屬實，並裁處10萬元以上，依實收罰鍰金額之6成發給檢舉獎金。
 
依目前食品安全衛生管理法規定，不法業者最高罰鍰為五千萬元，因此檢舉獎金可達3千萬元。新北市、台北市最高發給五成，最高獎金為2500萬元，高雄市最高發給3千萬，為目前全國最高獎金。（涂建豐／高雄報導）
