興櫃唯一農業股台灣蘭業(8419)股票變壁紙！由於公司因重要設備、存貨採購及付款作業，及資金貸與他人等事項內部控制制度執行有重大缺失，且未確實檢討改善，因此遭櫃買中心4月9日停止交易。

根據台蘭公告，因重要設備、存貨採購及付款作業，及資金貸與他人等事項內部控制制度執行有重大缺失，加上未確實檢討改善，依規定公告2014年1月20日起停止其普通股股票在證券商營業處所買賣，由於未如期檢送會計師專案查核報告，且未依其所提缺失改善計畫落實執行，根據興櫃審查準則第40條第1項第8款規定，公告4月9日起終止其普通股股票在證券 商營業處所買賣。

台蘭專攻蘭花苗栽、化妝品以及蘭花粹取物等，其中粹取物占2/3，主要是銷往國外的廠商作為原料添加物；化妝品部分，旗下已有第一代產品「L Orchidee蘭奇蹟」及新一代產品「AMABILIS艾瑪貝蘭」，其中「AMABILIS」於今年3月開始在各大百貨公司設櫃，同時搶進中國和東南亞市場。
