歐英央行維持利率 貨幣政策按兵不動

歐洲央行（ECB）維持基準的再融資利率於歷史新低的0.25%不變，英格蘭銀行（BOE，央行）也維持基準利率於0.5%，資產收購計畫規模也維持在3,750億英鎊（6,270億美元）。

由於通膨升溫、經濟產值都降低ECB採取行動的必要性，ECB 維持基準利率於0.25%，符合市場預期，存款利率和邊際放款利率各持平於零和0.75%。

Berenberg銀行資深歐洲經濟學家舒茲說，歐元區經濟正緩慢脫離不景氣，信心指標也暗示經濟成長率將持續攀升，就業市場漸趨穩定。

英國央行按兵不動也在市場預期之內。ING銀行經濟學家奈特利指出，英國的成長與就業展望依然強勁。他認為英國央行可能會在明年2月前升息。
