Malaysia says missing plane crashed in Indian Ocean

If you don’t leave now, you will miss the flight.(如果你現在不走,你會錯過你的飛機航班。)

He was late and missed the first 20 minutes of the presentation.(他遲到了,錯過了簡報的前20分鐘。)

She found that she had missed a chance to invest in the project.(她發現她錯失在這個專案中投資的機會。)

She tried to catch the ball but missed.(她要接球但沒接住。)

When you arrive in the park, you won’t miss the very magnificent building.(當你抵達公園,你絕對找得到那個雄偉的建築物。)

She was a kind lady, and we miss her very much.(她是一位很慈祥的女士,我們非常想念她。)

I am missing our group discussions while we were in campus.(我非常懷念我們在校園時期裡的小組討論。)

Police are asking for a detailed description of the missing laptop computer.(警方要求報案者詳細描述搞丟的筆記型電腦。)

A solider is reported to have gone missing.(據報一名士兵失蹤。)

I’d like to reschedule the flight I missed to Mumbai.

(A) There’s one departing at ten.
(B) Would you like cream or sugar?
(C) Yes, I miss him too.

I’d like是「I would like」(我想要)的縮寫。

答案(B)是「你要奶精或糖嗎?」,不符所問,而且「Would you like」的聲音也是「I’d like」的干擾答案。
