京都至大阪-阪急交通疑問

小妹初次出國,初次自由行,而且帶媽媽(約50多,還算能走)一起去
計畫4/6-4/11京阪自由行,10號才會從京都移動至大阪

但有個問題,很想參加平安神宮的"紅垂枝櫻音樂會"今年時間為4/10-13
故只能選擇10號晚上18:15-19:20的場次
若計畫最晚20:00搭乘46號市營巴士自平安神宮離開
移動至"MYSTAY京都四条飯店"拿行李
再至大宮(京都府)搭"阪急京都本線・梅田行",轉"阪急千里線・天下茶屋行"
至"Super Hotel難波‧日本橋",趕23:00最後check in時間來得及嗎?

另,京都公車是否會因賞櫻旺季誤點或人太多無法上車?
