各位版友先進好 小妹於去年底便萌生辭職念頭 但是為了年終、年假還有婚假 於是勉強接受慣老闆的挽留而一直撐到現在 預計五月中要結婚 等請完婚假就走人 可是現在實在覺得忍不下去了 未婚夫也鼓勵我辭職 雖然未婚夫覺得不必稀罕婚假 所以不願為此提早去結婚登記 但我實在不想浪費那8天假 一方面是被現在的慣老闆氣到不撈這小一筆很不甘心 另方面也實在很不好意思剛進新公司就請婚假 所以我現在的想法是 請問能不能先丟辭呈 辭職生效日期寫5/30 (然後也順便請好有薪婚假*8天) 如果老闆因此要我在5/30前走人(免得要負擔那8天薪資) 他是否就必須給我有薪謀職假及資遣費? 如果老闆拒絕按勞基法走的話 小妹只好申訴了 即使沒拿到半點好處 也不想縱放慣老闆 或是各位有更好的建議? 在此先跪謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 114.35.101.142 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1395752393.A.468.html
