這是我妹妹發生的事，

硬碟送修，因pin腳內縮，
硬碟中有兩年的家庭珍貴照片
所以交待不要更換新品，
燦坤在維修單上註明，「pin腳內縮維修，但不要更換新品。」

結果修回來，整顆都換了
我妹要求，要原來硬碟

結果燦坤人員一直不認為有錯，理由是「不負責資料完整」

可以我妹事前已經交待不要更換新品了 .....

請燦坤找回原硬碟，
他回說，原硬碟已經銷毀了

疑問是，舊品有這樣快就銷毀嗎
感覺服務人員態度很差，不積極、也不負責、也不認錯.....

詢問消基會，得到答案是，就算提告，廠商大概也會擺爛，
也許會勝訴，但是會花費長時間在訴訟程序上 .....
