【祕密客】給我蝦醬，拜託～

10年前，祕密客有一陣子很愛去塔塔加泰式料理，因為平價又好吃，好幾年沒去，這回想懷舊一下，順便看看老闆是否寶刀未老。此行邀了2位愛吃也常吃泰國菜的朋友同行，攤開菜單，不囉唆，直接選了綠咖哩雞、甲抛豬、泰北雞、酸辣鮮蝦湯、泰式空心菜。

才剛點完菜，須臾，菜即一道接一道上來了，上菜速度有練過，快唷！第１道泰北雞，香辣夠味，才吃一口，3人很有默契地點頭稱讚，泰得很徹底。第2道甲抛豬，辣度稍減，帶點甜味，但下飯程度毫不遜色。第3道酸辣鮮蝦湯，超有身在泰國的FU，同樣贏得高分評價。

接下來的綠咖哩雞，其實不難吃，但與帶著濃濃椰香的常見口味不一樣，奶味不明、略帶鹹味、雞肉滑嫩、綠咖哩飄香。最後一道泰式空心菜，又跟我們想像的不一樣，沒有熟悉的蝦醬味，沒有蝦醬的空心菜，好空虛呀～
