搶搶滾！　高雄中都土地標新高

高雄市地政局今(19)舉辦2014年第1季開發區土地標售，上午開標現場湧進逾百人參加，共送出49張投標單，氣氛相當熱絡，其中最受矚目的中都3筆土地，以及海洋科技大學東側土地均順利脫標，合計標出11標13筆土地，脫標率達73%。
 
本次高雄市地政局土地標售案，因包含中都42期、68期等2標土地，近中都濕地公園及美術館園區，區段位置佳，受到許多建商注意，早上10點不到開標現場已座無虛席，至少有逾百人參加，最後均順利脫標，其中位於德旺街、熱河2街口的543坪土地，有18張標單爭搶，最後以5億6226萬元脫標、每坪103.5萬元，溢價74%，也創區域內住宅用地實價登錄新高價。
 
另外位於海洋科技大學東側的2筆1標土地，因近捷運紅線及台鐵楠梓車站，亦以每坪68.7萬元脫標，溢價更達131%。（陳建宇／高雄報導）
