義大利最高上訴法院十八日維持義大利前總理貝魯斯柯尼被控稅務詐欺罪名成立，以及兩年內不得競選公職的原判。這項裁決結果將使他無法參加五月的歐洲議會選舉。（英國每日電訊報19日電）
